Great value full size automotive primer paint spray booth kit with electric heating (gas and diesel optional)

This is a basic, stripped-out version of our normal spray booth, ideal for a backup booth or for primer.

Downdraught extraction is a very efficient way of spraying as it draws the air around the vehicle and brings the panels up to temperature quickly. Very environmentally efficient booth with no gas or diesel emissions.

External dimensions 700cm long, 400 wide (excluding fan cabinet) 530cm wide (including fan cabinet), 325cm high

Heating system 8 x heater panels, each one with 3 x 1kW elements, total heating power 24kW.

Heating panels 2 x rear mounted panels, 3 x each side

Heating time From 20 degrees to bake temperature takes around 10-15 minutes

Intake fan 2 x 4kW double intake centrifugal fan, 20000m3/h capacity (4.7 air changes/minute) – blower cabinet and control panel can be mounted left or right side – approximately 3.5 air changes per minute for the standard height booth

Fan cabinet Powder coated steel, galvanized exhaust – Left, right or rear side blower cabinet options.

Main door 3-way folding door, 300cm wide, 250cm high

Side door Side pedestrian door 70cm wide, 180cm tall

Roof 40*40mm galvanised

Walls 50mm steel composite board with EPS insulation

Floor 1.2mm galvanised with 30*4mm steel grid for extraction

Ramps 1 x pair of 1.8m x 65cm entry ramps included – optional internal ramp

Lighting 8 x sets of roof lights each with 4 tubes (LED)

Filter system Intake filter for particles larger than 10µm, roof filter with 2 x rows fibreglass filter for particles larger than 4µm, fibreglass floor filter TSP≤14mg/m³

Electrical system Controls for lighting, spray/bake, temperature control, emergency stop, three-way control

Electrical requirements 3 phase, 30.5kW (max) – 24kw for the heater panels (can be reduced by fitting fewer), 6kW for blower fans, 0.5kW for lights.

Exhaust duct 5 x straight 900mm, 1 x 90 degree bend, 700x700x900mm, 0.6mm galvanised – extra ducting available if required

Terms Supplied in kit form only, delivered to mainland UK using our own transport. Kerbside delivery only, will need a forklift and some helpers. Full video installation instructions available, plus diagrams and schematics. Assembly must be on a clean, flat and level base and will take 2 people around 3-5 days. Prices quoted are PLUS VAT.
