Yes, we sometimes have booths ‘on the shelf’ for immediate delivery. These are not customisable, but we can often deliver within just a few days. Contact us to check current availability.

A complete kit to install a fully working, professional spray booth. All nuts, bolts, rivets, panels, filters, hinges, handles are included in the kit.

What’s not included is sundries such as PU sealant, SWA cable to install to your electric supply (cable for lighting, electric heating etc. is included), electrical connectors, which are all readily available.

We strongly recommend purchasing an air rivet gun and air caulking gun to aid installation. This saves a lot of manual labour and time with the installation.

Unfortunately, spray booths require too much power for the blower fans to be able to run from a single phase supply. All booths are 3-phase only.

Yes, just get in touch to make an appointment, we would be happy to show you around our demo booth and talk you through the options.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer credit facilities at this time.

Within reason, the booth footprint and height is entirely customisable. In reality, some dimensions cause further issues so it’s best to talk to us first if you have a specific requirement.

On ‘Spray’ setting, the blowers all run together, the heating panels can be switched on and set to a determined temperature.

On ‘Bake’ setting, the blowers turn off, the booth is isolated, and the panels bring the inside of the booth to temperature within 5-10 minutes.

After the ‘Bake’ cycle, run the booth on ‘Spray’ for a few minutes to clear the air before entering.

On ‘Spray’ setting, the inlet and exhaust fans both operate, and the spray temperature can be pre-set on the control panel.

On ‘Bake’ setting, the exhaust valve closes inside the blower cabinet, the exhaust fan turns off, and the hot air is re-circulated within the booth to save energy.

After the ‘Bake’ cycle, run the booth on ‘Spray’ for a few minutes to clear the air before entering.

There’s no need. The booth comes with full length top lights, and another set of 4 x wall lights that can be installed wherever you prefer within the booth.

This is more than enough lighting for almost any spray task.

Water based paint requires air to be blown at the panel/piece continuously. This can be done by hand with a venturi gun, but it’s time consuming and tedious work.

The easier option is to install corner cabinets with adjustable nozzles, which blow air across the booth towards the panel, force-drying it.

Our standard system includes a pair of corner boxes, but we can also manufacture roof mounted nozzles within the top light boxes. We do not recommend this roof mounted system as it’s complex to install, and prone to leaks which are difficult to repair. Contact us for help if you would prefer a roof mounted nozzle system.

The standard booth is 7m x 4m.

The fan cabinet is 2.4 x 1.16m and can be positioned on the left, right or rear of the booth.

Yes. The pedestrian door is a standard wall panel but with a door built in to it. As such, you can position this door almost anywhere within the booth.

We recommend either the front or back, near to the electrical control box, to allow easy access to the controls before entering or leaving the booth.

We can deliver to mainland UK only.

Delivery is by articulated truck on a curtain-side, by our own drivers (not a third party haulage company).

You will need at least 2-3 people on site to help unload, which will take around 1-2 hours.

The blower cabinets are large and heavy and will require a forklift. We can also use our tail-lift if necessary.
